"We arrived around 11pm and the woman who greeted us was warm and friendly. Very nice after a long day on the road. The bed was comfortable and the motel was quiet. The breakfast was just ok. I didn’t like the coffee or the orange juice. The staff in the breakfast area were not friendly or attentive. They did not pay attention to the food as it ran out. Overall a good value and I would stay again. "
"I was concerned when I struggled to get the door securely locked. It didn't seem to latch unless the inside door guard was engaged. I never could get the deadbolt to engage. I mentioned the issue to staff but they didn't seem too concerned, seemed to think that I just hadn't pulled up enough on the door handle. Whatever the special technique was to lock the door, more concern would have been appreciated."
"The stay was fine until there was a strange man, (I don’t know if he was an employee or not) was found to be recording me in and outside of the hotel. He was behaving very strangely as if he was on some sort of drugs.
My uber driver also noticed as well when I was being picked up to leave for work one night, he was recording him as well!
No clue who this man was… but definitely be weary of him. "
"Enjoyed my staff. The clerks at the desk all were very pleasant from checking in to checking out. The clerk that checked me in on Saturday 4/4/26 around 1pm was awesome. The housekeeping attendant (Black female) that was cleaning rooms on the 2nd floor around 12:30pm near my room 223 took the time out to help me put on my necklace. The breakfast was excellent and Doral made sure every thing was good.
Always a Hilton fan but the Holiday Inn Express Hotels has a new customer."
"Other than the toilet seat being loose on one side, it was a surprisingly quiet and clean place to stay. Very nice lady at the desk who checked us in. Parking available right in front of our room. "
