The pool wasn’t set up or clean, the last day in the bathroom the rail in the shower broke off when I just helled on for a second. The cleaning stuff they use, have the room smelling a little funny. The lawn outside was cut.

Our room smelled musky, the carpet felt wet (3rd floor). Our sheet stunk and we requested clean sheets to change the bed oirself. When we did our matress pad was disgusting.

Hidden Gem

For a small town hotel, it's very nice. All the staff are very friendly. Wifi could be a bit better, but minor issue. Great value for the price.

It was inexpensive and in a pinch an ok place to stay. Room was ok and AC as well as water worked. Water pressure was lacking. You get what you pay for so pretty much as expected. Property could use some TLC from ownership.

Booked a place through Hotels.com drove over four hours and the hotel is abandoned. It shut down no longer in service and I understand why the area was very very bad.

The property was not well kept. The parking lot was full of debris and trash. The hotel is in major need of a good cleaning in the common areas and some upkeep. The staff was incredibly nice.

Didn't get the room I booked. I booked a month ahead of date. Friends arrived after me and got their king size room and the just booked a week in advance.

No one at the desk. When I called for a refund, the guy lied and said he was there the whole time. I wanted a refund. he claims they didn't charge the card but who knows. I'll have to check as I don't believe him.

Executive In and Suites

The hotel lobby smelled like fish and wet dog. The bed sheets were stained and had hairs all over them. The tub was not clean and the towels had hairs on them. I believe I was told that there are no pets allowed on the establishment, but when I woke up and opened the door to go to check out. There was animal poop in the hallway outside the door.

Property needs attention. Landscaping was terrible. It looked like it was closed at first glance! They apparently started to renovate and then stopped in the middle of construction. Absolutely no amenities were available…no coffee, snacks, etc.
