Loved the shower especially the shower head that adjusted to actually get a good stream of water coming out. shift manager for my second night was outstanding, she went out of her way, 10 fold to help me with the silly laundry APP (should have the option of quarters) for old school customers). with her attitude she should be manager.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool is nice there is a fitness room and the breakfast buffet was very good and well kept. Definitely come back here again great for the family Stephanie at the front desk was so welcoming and if anything needed to let them know

The staff was rude. I booked for 3 people. They only had a king bed available. I asked for roll away. And she said she could provide an extra blanket so I could sleep in floor. Never again will holiday inn get my business.

It has come to my attention that the service you received during your recent stay did not meet your expectations. Fir this, I sincerely apologize. Upon looking at your reservation and the notes left by my front desk agent, you booked a room with a single king bed, and at the time of check in, all of our rollaway beds were in use. Again, I do apologize that your stay was not 100% satisfactory, and hope that you will give us another chance if your travels bring you back to Waco.

I truly enjoyed my stay it was very pleasant the concierge was extremely friendly and checked me in quickly. Upon entering the room I could smell the cleanliness and cleaned stocked towels. Breakfast had variety of food choices and the coffee was great. As I was leaving to check out the next day one of the cleaning staff greeted me very politely. Walking through the hall to leave I could smell the cleanliness of the facility and appreciate it. I will definitely be coming back here in the near future.

Hood Overall Stay
Overall very good stay. Everything we needed we had. At check in we got extra linens offered for pull out bed. Breakfast was good too. Appreciated. Couple of things could be better. Pool was in disrepair and cleanliness could have been better.

Best stay in Waco
Absolutely amazing hotel. Very clean, check in was very easy and front desk was super nice. Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. After a long day of driving it was a great stay. Breakfast in the morning was really good too.

Pool was not working. Only 1 elevator (other was out of order). Cold shower one morning. Breakfast was MEH. Lights were out when we pulled up the first night. Very overpriced for lack of functioning things and the area.

Great hotel for a weekend stay.
Great hotel. The only thing negative about our stay was that only one of two elevators were working during the weekend. The hotel was at full capacity so there were long waits for the one elevator at times...especially during the Sunday checkout times.

Nice new property. The beds are a challenge...too tall. My daughter who is 4' 10" could not get into bed. Had to move bench next to bed so she could climb up
