When I called front desk to get more towels the front desk never answers but when you see them downstairs they weren’t doing anything to not answer the phone. Breakfast most the time there were never forks. When interacted with staff they were nice"

"The room was very clean. Housekeeping staff was awesome. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was empty so we called and they came right up to replace. The breakfast was good - great variety of items. The front desk staff was sparse. Everyone we went up there no one was around. We waited and waited. It happened at least 3 times during our 2 night stay. We did not use the pool or laundry room. The gym was very nice. We had every intention of using it, although we were not able to use it."
