"The collection time and pre visit contact was excellent. The hospitality was excellent! The service fantastic! My only suggestion would be to turn on the air conditioners in the room well before arrival as it took some time to cool down and I was really eager for an afternoon sleep after a long day of driving to get there. Internet out there is not awesome but staff tried really hard to accomodate. Would definitely stay again! "

"The property was in a great location and the host was very accommodating constantly offering food options and activities to do. The place was easy to get to with nearby parking, they offer to pick you up and transport you to the actual location which was fantastic. However, the property I stayed in didn't have working AC for several hours at a time which meant it would get extremely hot inside. The showers didn't work properly either with barely any water coming out. This is something to bare...

The phone number they gave me did not work. They never sent me the correct address of the supposed place. They never responded to my concerns. I demand my money back."

An amazing experience!

"Why should you choose this camp when there are literally hundreds to choose from? It’s simple. It’s safe, clean, beautiful and an experience like no other. Eid (host) and his family (including his nephew Motaz) are two of the most welcoming and friendly people my husband and I have ever met. This a true family run camp and every detail was taken care of from being able to park our cars at his property and bring driven into the desert on a 4x4 to a wonderful tour, sunset tea and finally a delicious dinner. Everything we wanted was taken care of and we felt well taken care of. My husband and I have travelled over the world and it’s one our favourite experiences together. I have already recommended this camp to so many people. We felt so safe and welcome in Jordan too. I can’t wait to come back! "

"Adel and his family were very helpful and friendly. The dinner there was also yummy. The camp is family friendly with a small playground where my daughter had some good time with their kids. Highly recommend the tours too especially the star gazing tour. The tent was clean and spacious. We had stable hot water during two nights. Only issue was the toilet not flushing very well but it is understandable in the desert."

"When we arrived, he gave us tea at his house, and then we went to the camp to see the tent. The tent is excellent and one of the best rooms I have ever lived in. In terms of capacity, cleanliness, excellent air conditioning, and a wonderful view. It is also quiet and has parking. The place is quiet, beautiful and safe. We booked a full day activity and it was amazing and wonderful rum desert magic. Thank you Rashid for this tour"

"Couldnt fault anything about this place. The communication was clear and concise as soon as i booked. You check in at the visitor centre first and its a 10 min drive to the self-parking location. From there, they drive you into the desert (every hour, on the hour). The location of the bubble hotel is peaceful and away from others. Very clean, great food and the staff were so kind and well spoken. The best part was the star gazing experience, highly recommend! You definitely get what you pay for, very happy with everything. "
