The Lawson Riverside Suites

The Lawson Riverside Suites

10/10 Excellent
"We were extremely pleased with the room's overall condition. The cleanliness impressed us. All the laundry items provided were outstandingly clean and fresh. We were very happy with the aircon as the night was quite cool. I was also very impressed by the cleaning staff that we spoke with, they were industrious and very professional. The room we occupied was spacious and provided for all our needs, particularly as we arrived a little later than we hoped and were quite fatigued after our journey. All in all, top marks to all involved."

"Comfortable beds Sadly was kept awake by something metal? crashing around all night. Had a family room which sadly was up stairs making it difficult to lug everything upstairs at my age Room 17 desperately needs someone to fix the toilet door as my 11 year old grandson couldn't open or close it himself. Was difficult for me also. Parking easy...arrived on Sunday night to a closed restaurant. Lucky motel is in good position to other places to eat"

8/10 Good
"Room size was good. Safe and convenient parking with rear door access from the room to the car park spot. Good to have Netflix on tv. Central location within walking distance to clubs and cafes. Staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. On the negative side, the room was cold and the a/c unit took forever to warm up the room. The room had a spa bath but the spa jets werenโ€™t working. The shower head was one of those hand held ones that was difficult to position and didnโ€™t stay aimed where it was needed, and sprayed into the bathroom. Towels could also do with an upgrade as they were quite thin. Overall though, happy with stay."
