Great location of a lovely hotel

We stayed in the hotel for New Year’s Eve and it was really great. Delicious dinner, calm and nice program. The hotel is perfectly located directly on the slope and is very nice, natural and has a great atmosphere. We will come back for sure again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, das Personal ist freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, das Abendessen ist schlicht hervorragend. Etwas enttäuscht war ich, dass nicht einmal die Tischdekoration anlässlich unseres 30. Hochzeitstages aufgehübscht wurde, obwohl dieser Sachverhalt bekannt war. Da ist für mich der Unterschied zwischen "gut" und "hervorragend".

A delight

I spent one night at the Naturhotel Edelweiss together with my wife, and we were happy with the stay. The room was in a very good condition, seemingly newly renovated in nice bright colors. We spent an hour in the Green Spa swimming pool room with a great view over the outside pond and the mountains. Unfortunately, the weather was not the best, so the pond was not open for swimming.The five course dinner included in the price was a delight in a nice dining area with a modern, albeit cosy ambience. All personnel at the hotel were very pleasant and welcoming, and the location was great. I am not sure when the hotel was originally built, but it manages to combine Alp traditional style with a modern, and yet cosy interior. My wife and I can recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in a beautiful environment.

Soggiorno perfetto, personale molto cortese e disponibile a fornire informazioni. Qualità del cibo davvero molto elevata così come la presentazione dei piatti. Centro benessere piccolino ma molto ben organizzato e manutenuto. Piscina coperta molto carina ma la perla e' il piccolo laghetto esterno (dimensioni di una piscina piccolina) dove poter fare un bagno rigenerante. Temperatura dell'acqua intorno ai 20 gradi

Forfærdelig dage på dette hotel. Værelset lille og indelukket. Udsigt til et træ. Man fornemmede stort set ikke omgivelserne. Maden var ikke specielt god. Wifi hoppede hele tiden af. Flere steder virkede wifi slet ikke. Vi havde glædet os til en par tur. Der var mange larmende børn. De løb rundt mellem bordene i restauranten. Personalet sagde ikke noget. Ikke et sted man vil sidde og nyde et glad vin.

Superb hotel in fascinating location

Traveled as a family of four, had a great 1 day stay at Naturhotel Edelweiss in Wagrain. The location is stunning, a few kilometers outside and above the small city of Wagrain. The positive feeling of isolation, but still with a great view of the valley and the city of Wagrain. Great service all around, from check-in, through restaurant visits and to the check-out, where a small gift was handed over as well. Small details which make a difference. Food was excellent, both the 5 course dinner and breakfast the next morning. Pool and sports facilities superb. Highly recommended.

Da kann man sich nur wohlfühlen....

Das Hotel ist in einem Topzustand, das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Unser Zimmer war riesig und auf dem Balkon konnten wir die Aussicht in die Berge genießen. Die Küche ist gehoben, es gibt regionale Spezialitäten - sehr lecker! Neben den Bergen lädt der Wellness-Bereich mit Pool und Saunen zum Entspannen ein!

Zeer fijn hotel, men weet wat de klant wil

Wat een fantastisch hotel! De ligging is prachtig, het hotel is in goede staat, de kamer is degelijk en zeer comfortabel. Het ontbijt en diner was zeer goed verzorgd. Het Wifi is stabiel. Al het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en klantgericht. Het Wellnessgedeelte was prettig, ik mis wel een hottub, maar als Nederlander moet ik toch iets te klagen hebben :) We willen van de zomer weer een week naar Oostenrijk en dat wordt waarschijnlijk weer dit hotel! Ik verblijf in veel verschillende hotels maar heb zelden een hotel meegemaakt wat op werkelijk alle punten zo goed scoort.
