"Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a bit slippery, and the hair dryer in our room blew only cold air. Otherwise everything else was fine."

Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

Best Western The Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport - Free Breakfast

8/10 Good
"The hotel room was just fine. Everything was clean and well cared for. One of the two elevators was not functioning (nothing said about it at check-in, never asked why) so that made getting to your room/car with bags a 3-5 ride wait, as everyone was using the one elevator. The breakfast was great and what you would expect for a typical BW breakfast room. The one off-putting experience came with the morning shower and when moving the shower curtain, a massive cockroach dropped to the floor from in between the two curtains. Yuck."

Aston at the Executive Centre Hotel

"My complaint was about Expedia, which I used for my room. I pay for the upgrade to the king-size room. I tried to explain to the lady, but she told me, " Oh, with Expedia, it depends on the availability of the rooms. It was not explained like that by Expedia. I think it is not right to pay more for a king, but not to find out that it depends on availability. next day, they gave me what I paid for, but it was my last day at the hotel. Even the parking was too close to the gate. So far, everything was great."

Pacific Marina Inn Airport Hotel

Pacific Marina Inn Airport Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"I've been to this Hotel, quite a lot of times, and it's pretty much always the same. The staff is cool, and the house keepers are nice people, but I'm assuming that they're rushed, and I guess they need to be. Whenever I get there, I try to Wipe everything down, check the water in the bathroom, the door key, the T.V. (the cable company is weird), hangers...and whatever I come across. When I'm there, there really isn't much to do, but I'm there, to do Nothing anyway. Overall, this is a great place to stay at, for a night or more. Oh, don't put your room key, in the same pocket as your cell phone. Your phone, will Kill the magnetic strip, on the key...you're welcome."
