"Stay at this property! Seriously — it’s one of the best and most affordable options in Waikiki.
I describe it as staying at an “off-property Disney hotel.” 😂 You can literally walk across the street to the Hilton Hawaiian Village and enjoy all the action, restaurants, beach, and Friday night fireworks — but save a ton of money by staying at the Ramada.
Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was amazing. It was also surprisingly quiet at night, which I really appreciated.
If you rent a car, parking is only $30 a night, which is an absolute STEAL for Waikiki.
And DO NOT sleep on the Country Market/ABC Store! We ate there several times and saved so much money compared with eating every meal at a restaurant. They have tons of food options, snacks, drinks, and even Dole Whips for only $3.99!
Another money-saving tip: there’s a water machine on Level 2, so we just kept refilling our water bottles instead of constantly buying bottled water.
The hotel also has laundry facilities, a gym, and a pool.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, affordable place to stay in Waikiki where you can easily walk to the beach and all the action without paying resort prices, stay here. I absolutely would again.
