My husband and I love the Hilton Grand Vacations Club Kings’ Land Waikoloa - this trip was our 2nd visit! The pools are absolutely beautiful, set in the prettiest tropical landscaping I’ve ever seen at a resort. They also provide daily activities and live entertainment every evening! As for the upscale rooms, they are equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend for a relaxing vacation.

This is my 4th time at Kings’ Land Waikoloa; 1st time staying in building 24. The property is beautiful and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful and the amenities are great! The pool near our building was closed most of the time we stayed, however, there are other pools to use, the main pool being very nice, especially since there’s a separate adults only area. It’s a short drive to the shops, restaurants and several beautiful beaches. The goats, the nene, the coqui frogs and the mongoose peeping in and out of the lava rocks adds to the beauty of the resort. I will always consider this property when researching my next Hawaiian vacation.

Hotel was wonderful, Kiana at concierge helped out with our questions & Kimiko check us in. we stayed 2 days 1 nights. we landed at 6 but the hotel accommodated us let us check in early and use the pool while we waited for our room to be ready. when we checked out at 10am the next day, our flight wasn’t till 6pm, they offered to hold our bags & offered us a hospitality room for an hour so we could at least shower before our flight. Such awesome service!

I absolutely loves this hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom suite with a large patio. We loved going out in the morning and seeing all the wild life. The room was clean and the hotel very quiet. The staff was always helpful even when our friend stepped on sea urchin. I love that there was a number to text and the response was always fast and accurate. The pool was awesome we loved the water slides. The bar staff was always friendly and the Bloody Mary always so yummy! We would absolutely stay here again!

check in was easy, however don't tell people to get any welcoming gift by sending them to concierge for long wait and a small bag, or send us to sales office to sell us on timeshare slot, really not worth the time nor good impression room is good , has washer/dryer and kitchen amenities inside the room , great! also all bathroom has bidet which is one of favorite things when we travel. bedding is comfortable . one minor thing, the coffee maker was not cleaned before we got there, facility drinking water not sure how to locate it, our stay is very short , so didn't use the pool, spa or restaurants onsite. parking was fine, location near local stores and great beach site. It's pricey and great for tourists
