"Great property, we had room G. Road traffic was loud but not much you can do about that. Nice mineral spa, make sure you read the instructions or itll be too hot to get in. Dont expect the room to actually be ready at 2pm if you're planning to show up at 2pm. "

"The room was perfectly clean, it was fine! The shower in the bathroom had cracked floor tiles which isn’t a good look. The hairdryer wouldn’t work and needed a new adapter which was supplied on request. We had difficulties with the tv which seemed to have to have the remote pointed at it from directly in front. However when we checked in, we were asked if we wanted to have breakfast, for $25.00 each. We said yes, and assumed that we were paying for a continental/ cooked breakfast. (There is no fruit option we discovered )I had already written that I had dietary restrictions as I’m a coeliac, however the only GFO option was the cooked option and so the bread was omitted! I queried he baked beans and just assumed the breakfast sausage was g/f. My mistake! Suffered for the next 30 hours. Would we go back? Not a chance! Also we were there for a wedding function, and apparently there was a 15% discount. But!! because my booking was from Expedia they wouldn’t honour it! Said we should have booked direct! "

"Notre séjour de 2 nuits était bien dans l’ensemble. Le check in ne s’est pas fait avec le manager des lieux car la personne était absente d’après la pancarte donc la femme de ménage nous a gentiment orienté vers notre appartement de 2 chambres et a débloqué le boîtier pour la clé. Heureusement, car nous ne connaissions pas le code de notre lockbox. Notre logement était propre toutefois une odeur de renfermé se faisait sentir, peut-être à cause de la moquette usée des chambres. Pour finir, le motel est situé au cœur de Orewa avec les restaurants, magasins à proximité et surtout non loin de la merveilleuse plage. Un emplacement idéal. "
