"Room was fairly clean. A deeper clean of bathroom, kitchen areas would be nice ie. Mold etc. Decor is a bit tired and being winter time the room struggles to keep warm. Thankfully there were 2 heaters to keep up. However, apart from this, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location was great for us next to the lake, pool was a lovely temperature and staff were helpful. We will likely return 🙂"

"We had a great time, the private thermal pool for each room is a real plus!! Our rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. It is a somewhat older place, however very tidy. Full kitchenette was very helpful"

"This was our second time at the Reef Resort and we will deifnitely be back. The rooms are always super clean and the hot pool and spa are amazing. Such a great place for a family holiday, we all love it! This time we hired the bikes they had on offer and rode around the edge of the lake, stopping off at 2 Mile Yacht club for a drink. It was a perfect way to spend the afternoon and to hire bikes for our entire family of four for $20 was great value. Thanks to the staff and see you next time :)"

"We had a great stay. The service and staff were excellent. A few minor things like a fridge that was a bit too like a freezer and slightly saggy single beds (but they were plush and warm!), can be easily sorted. Great location, quiet area near the lake. Was great!"
