Courtyard by Marriott Tallahassee Downtown/Capitol
10/10 Excellent
"It was so convenient for our stay. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, above and beyond! The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was so comfortable, the mattress was the best I’ve slept on in a long time, it’s prompted my husband and I to purchase a new mattress. It was the perfect comfort of firm yet pillow soft. We both are 100% disabled vets so that was awesome to have such an amazing sleep better than our bed at home. That could be this property’s slogan, you’ll sleep better here than in your own bed!! "
"We had a very comfortable stay. The king room was spacious and well-appointed, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which was very convenient. Everything was clean, quiet, and thoughtfully set up. Overall, a great stay and a solid option, especially for travelers needing comfort and functionality."
"Beautiful find. Clean, relaxing, friendly staff, delicious food in restaurant. Had breakfast and dinner, and had ice cream in the "Parlor" which has soups, hot dogs, and all sorts of treats. No TV distraction. TV in lobby plays "Creature from the Black Lagoon" on loop as it was partially filmed here. Amazing history, I could image what it would have been like in 1937 when it was built. Nice boat ride with the most wildlife I have seen living in Florida my entire life. Saw probably 20 alligators, 15 manatees, and various different species of turtles and birds and even an otter at the boat dock. Look forward to visiting in the summer."
