"The whole time we stayed the TV did not work. Nobody cleaned our room. In fact I didn’t see anybody cleaning rooms. We had to go and ask for towels everyday. Horrible stay."

At check in, was notified of additional fees (i.e. if we needed more towels than what was provided it would be additional $3, if locked out of hotel $10, and they attempted to charge additional fee for my husband staying in the room). Had to have room key to even enter the hotel. ..."
