"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. The person at the reception was rude and was very argumentative about the check in time after I proofed her wrong and she diverted to impose to sign the reservation……horrible bad! The next surprise was that we had to get our luggage back in to the car and had to drive to an offsite location/biopsy not as advertised. We had to go 2 floors up to enter the two rooms we booked. Es gab keinen Aufzug und keinen Träger für das Gepäck ( Problem für Ältere oder Bewegungseingeschränkte). Möblierung der Zimmer z.t. defekt (kaputtes Schrankschloss), Spinnweben."
