"Yes they were welcoming to pets but Expedia did not let them know we had pets so there was no king rooms available. We ended up with a queen room which is not as comfortable for us. "

"Please read before reserving. This property was extremely dirty in all common areas, hallways, elevators and even the room itself. The floor in the room I know had not been cleaned since I spilled some water & wiped up with a rag & it was dark brown. The light switches and walls had stuff all over them. The rooms are not insulated at all since you could hear everything in the hallways even people yelling & slamming doors at 1:30am. The bathroom faucet leaked & spilled over the vanity. Bed was very uncomfortable. If this Avid hotel represents the quality of the chain I will never stay at one of their hotels again. Sadly I read the reviews & none of these were mentioned. If we had not arrived late in the evening I would of left & requested a refund. Also mention the lobby floors needed cleaning & garbage cans were overflowing with trash. Will end with one nice comment the coffee was good."

"Hotel is pretty clean only downfall was that we stayed for two nights and we had constant problems with our room keys. Was annoying after a long day and drive you still had to be hassling with it. Still had problems on second day also, key cards suddenly wouldn’t work again and would go and they would work once and not again. "

"The room is very outdated, bathroom door knob missing & no lock. Drad bolt on entry door to room would not engagr. One of the back door entries door did not completely close & latch so anyone could come & ho without using a room key for saftey reasons. Halls smelled of weed & the place was supposed to be non smoking. "
