The hotel was nice. The second night of stay 4/25/24 the buffet breakfast was delicious. I didn't appreciate that the manager was quite some biased at first. Until it was resolved with her accommodation. Just to keep to the facts, managers & staff should always famiialize their self with quest at all times, especially if you encounter a long conversation with the quest. For attentive, safety reason, Being quick to potentially dangerous or difficult circumstance goes along way. Being watchful. I was disappointed with no being able to have access to the spa & pool, being that it is under construction. But other than that keep up the good work .

This hotel is definitely not the Hilton that we are use to staying at. The rooms are very old. The bathroom is old. There’s a smell in the hallway on the room floors. My husband and I requested fresh towels and the staff never brought them to us. We will never stay there again. Big mistake.

At checkin I was told the room we reserved and paid for wasn’t available. I was told I needed to talk with the “3rd party” to cancel the reservation. After much back and forth, the staff member told us the room was available. I’m a Hilton Honors member and never experienced anything like this before.

When I first booked the property I had looked at what’s to expect and the oil was one of the reason why I picked it and I get there and the pool don’t work also I payed for breakfast and the manager had put on the voucher for 4 when I checked in and this morning the front desk said that the voucher only covers 2 people I had to pay for the other 2 I believe that’s all faults advertisement

As a business owner, I despise leaving bad reviews but the truth must be stated. My family and I were disappointed with the accommodation from this facility. Our ice bucket contained leftover water from the previous tenants. The tub tile had built up mildew. There was chewed up gum on the floor near the bed and bed ruffles were filthy. Aside from that the curtains had stains, there was no tissue or towels in the room. My husband had to go downstairs and ask for everything. On top of all that, we were frighten by a woman screaming in the halls threaten to kill her boyfriend. Uncertain what occurred IN the room,but she definitely let everyone know outside the room the consequences of his actions. However, the front desk and dinning staff were amazing. Their attitudes were pleasant and welcoming. I hate leaving this review because of the front desk and dining staff, but whoever clean the rooms did an awful job. Maybe they were short staff or tired. Uncertain,but that was our experience.

The front staff were outstanding compared to other recent hotel stays in the DC/MD area. Mattress and pillows weren’t the most comfortable we’ve slept on. The property and rooms were above average and we’d stay there again; which is saying a lot regarding our other stays.

Travel to MD for wedding. Was able to check in early which was wonderful! Parking areas do need to have more and brighter lighting. Slightly uncomfortable walking from parking lots to hotel door at night.
