"I order 2 queen beds and when i walked into the room it had one king bed and a pullout couch/ bed. We stayed in the room it was fine. But then around 10 somone knocked on the door and they were given the room we were in. After a short conversation the issue was fixed. The front desked called the room and apologized alot of times . This i am sure was a one time issue and not typical. The room was great the place was nice and clean. The people i talked with were all pleasant. "
"I am a disabled traveler who uses a wheelchair. The room I stayed in was freshly remodeled and yet the bed was the old fashioned “high bed”! I was very disappointed. I could barely get up to it to sleep! The door had no lowered peep hole and the closet had no lowered closet rod, only 2 shelves. The roll in shower was nice, but had no curtain to protect your parked wheelchair from getting wet. All this is unacceptable! The only saving grace was that the pool had a chair lift! It was broken at first, but I had the front desk staff put in a work order and engineering had it fixed by the next day. I actually got to go swimming! All in all the staff was excellent, the room was poor, and the pool was good."
"Clean room, friendly staff, thankful for the mini store by the front desk for snacks and stuff. Only complaint was no microwave in the room, super inconvenient. "
"Blood stains on the mattress of the hideabed, no extra sheets/pillows for the hideabed, no hot tub even though they claimed to have one on their website, and a very unfriendly night time associate. The daytime staff was very nice though. Very disappointed with our stay."
"Our stay at the Comfort Inn was for a medical trip. It was easy to find and had everything we needed. The whirlpool and pool were especially welcoming to relieve tension and help reduce swelling in the legs. The pool was clean and a nice way to exercise without weight-bearing.
The breakfast was hot and delicious. I really enjoyed the yogurt, eggs and lemon water.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
The room, pool and reception were clean. They are updating so there is some work in progress, but it did not in any way obstruct our stay. "
