"I had an emergency and ask to cancel, they staff was not helpful at all I was even willing to come a different day just to use the day I had reserved. Not helpful at all! Said a manager would call me of course nobody called."

"My room was dirty, half eaten food in fridge, coffee pot table sugar all over, handle fell off shower, shower had hair and white gunk on floor of shower, bag of trash under sink, no trash can in bathroom, fridge was off, floor needed vaccumed. Staff took me to another room to upgrade, to-stay in and it was dirty as well 622 and 633. Kids were hanging off balcony and elevator races no supervision. Hot tub full of little kids as moms were drinking heavily in pool area. 1 desk staff to manage, the whole lobby was full. Breakfast signs and website say 6-1030 it didn’t start til 7. Couldn’t get into pool til after 9 walk through lobby bottles and towels lay @5am pool area was utterly destroyed at @5 am. Argumentative staff when shown pictures of hotel room even though maint and front desk showed pictures and passed down notes. Staff was rude, got a drink at bar and pop and water and didn’t get pop or water. Food was burnt and all we got was apps. This was my 1st stay at this hotel. "

"I was looking for a place with a pool and a hot tub. The pool was fine , but the thing I was looking forward to the most was the hot tub. It had been boarded up and was no longer in use. But on the web site it showed a very nice in ground walk in hot tub. I had returned to my room later and was going to warmup a sandwich I was going to eat. Placed it in the microwave and tried to turn it on but it did not work. The breakfast was just ok depending on what you had. Orange juice was more water then juice."

"We stayed at the Doubletree for my son's graduation, which was held at the connected convention center. We chose it for the location and were so happy with it. It was very nice!! Check-in was easy. There is parking available right across the street. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be new or recently remodeled. It smelled new/fresh and the carpet was so soft to walk on. There was so much to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!"

"The reviews are accurate on the amount of noise. You can fully hear every single word your neighbor is saying. And the hallways are so extremely loud with even people trying not to be loud. The rooms are nice size. The windows definitely need cleaning--sooo many cobwebs. And still trying to figure out the bill. Expedia has an amount, then the hotel put an extra charge on for "guest services" but then my credit card was charged $50 more than those amounts. So I'm assuming there's maybe a room deposit that they just don't disclose on the receipt that will eventually go back on the card? And if so, that really needs to be specified. It's pretty expensive for what you actually get."
