You charge 13 pounds for cold breakfast and 18 for hot breakfast. How about don't charge for cold breakfast. Don't even offer it. And pay the extra money for better internet. Southgate Hotel London
My wife and I had a lovely stay here. Staff were brilliant and room was spotless. Only downside was we had a faulty shower.

The Stables at Minstrel Court
The tv had no channels on it and wouldn’t connect to the internet so was useless. The guest next door we’re playing loud music way past 11 pm out on the balcony.
