"There were still crumbs on the floor and counter top, urine stains around the bottom of the toilet. Didn’t sleep with all of the kids allowed to run around and slam doors, there should be quiet time rules enforced."

"I didn’t like the rude front desk attendant. Cancelled my reservation after traveling for an hour. Was very rude when i asked questions on why my reservation was cancelled. Apparently if you book through a third party they casually decide to cancel your reservation and give it to some else. I guess this is what you get for trying to save a few dollars. She then lied and said she tried to call me and that i was supposed to call to make sure i was coming which is unheard and unacceptable. I ask what number was called because all my information is online and i didn’t get a call. She then admitted she didn’t call. I asked to speak to a manager, more lies stating there was no manager there on a busy Saturday evening. She then rage tried to rage bait me by telling me to have a nice day as i was leaving. Still haven’t received a call to reprimand this situation so I’m guessing this is how they conduct business. Zero stars DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"My room was gorgeous and perfect for the work day I had planned. The service was not what you would expect at a 4 diamond/4 star hotel. I was given the Hotels $20 meal credit and told I could use it on room service. Called room service multiple times and just kept getting busy signals. Called the Front Desk and also just kept getting busy signals. Finally called the resort from my cell phone and someone picked up. I was told that the only restaurant serving room service closed early that evening. No guidance or help, just that information. After inquiring I learned that the only food available was at a restaurant at the other end of the resort. I could not find the phone number for this restaurant anywhere; needed to call back and have the front desk person connect me. Ordered, made the long walk there and back, and discovered in my room that they had not given me what I had ordered. There was no way I was going to walk all the way back to fix it. The next day morning just before 9am there was a fire drill for the hotel staff - was thankful that I had not planned to sleep in. I was able to use the meal credit for breakfast, though they had run out of the item I wanted. Anyway, the room was gorgeous and perfect, which was what mattered most to me."
