"We were very impressed with this Inn. The rooms are clean and beds/linens comfortable. AbI the Inn Manager was very personable and attentive to our needs. We will definitely be staying here again. Good Value for the money. Bring $40 cash for a refundable deposit"
"My room 303 was fine but the shower water temperature was too hot and could not be adjusted.
Love the pressure, but someone needs to check the mixing valve before someone gets hurt.
Some staffers poorly dressed...does not present professional atmosphere. Thank you."
"DO NOT STAY IN THE FRONT SIDE! The rooms that face the street are extremely loud because of traffic that continues until after midnight and, in my experience started up again at 4 AM. I had a grand total of four hours of sleep the first night! I insisted on being moved which they did accommodate me. However, they charged me more to move to a quiet room on the backside of the building."
"The staff, the food and the location were superb. The shower was filthy and our bed literally sunk in the middle. For the price of my stay I’m pretty bummed out. Also very disappointed that we could not use the smart tv for streaming. I spent almost an hour trying to figure that out. Considering the room was nearly $400 for 2 days I would choose another option next time. "
"The TV didn’t Mark the remote and the Internet is so complicated it takes a master electronic engineer to figure it out so we had no TV they did offer us another room but it was an upstairs floor and we said no overall I’d probably find a different place to stay"
"This hotel has everything you need, right down to the utensils! The check-in process was different than other hotels as they require you to have payment withdrawn at noon or they cancel your reservation. I switch money to that account when I check in, not before. They canceled my reservation but was able to reinstate it when I got there. I asked if I would get the same room, which was an accessible room, and he said yes. However, I didn’t get an accessible room which was a major inconvenience due to knee injury. By the time we got to the room, I was already in excruciating pain, so I let it go. I was physically miserable but made the best of it. I’ll definitely use this hotel again just hope they can get the room type right in the future when they state I’d get the same room I originally booked."
