Expedia claims to include all fees and taxes, but we were charged $20 daily "facility fee," which amounted to another $100. This is Expedia's issue.
We were happily surprised that our king bed room included a small refrigerator.
Apparently this building houses rent-controlled tenants, and this fact created a situation in which a tenant asked us to move rooms during our stay.

A perfect hotel for our stay - would definitely recommend and would stay again. Great location, comfy rooms and big bed! Rooftop bar was fabulous - small and bougie - and such a fantastic base for 5 days of NYC fun :-)

Loved my stay! The coffee shop, rooftop bar, club, all the amenities were wonderful. Hotel was beautiful, I went with the higher floor and did not regret it. Would book again and again.
