"I stayed here for four days while attending a wedding. Our check in was a nightmare. There was an issue with the room locations. The clerk behind the counter was not just rude, she was downright mean, she called us names and refused to help us in any way. This continued the entire four days, when she was on duty and we needed something, we had to wait until her shift was over - I will be following up about this person with the GM.
Otherwise - we had a lovely time. The staff (except as noted above) was wonderful! Kai had fixed all issues that were caused and made our trip right! The staff at the breakfast (Hannah and Darnell - you shine like diamonds, kids!!) were so cheery and fun in the mornings, we never had to ask for anything to be refilled.
The hotel was older, but the housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it clean, always smiling, always a hello or good morning. The location was great; there is a lot to do and see in the area."
