"Loved this place. A small hiccup at check-in but it was sorted out within a few minutes. Great, clean cabin and amenities, fabulous location among the redwoods, and brilliantly helpful and friendly staff. We'd happily return."
"What an incredible Guerneville gem - centrally located, but hidden away… An understated glamping experience, with everything you could possibly want, and amazingly helpful staff."
"Such a beautiful property and the staff are amazing! From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. We were celebrating our 10th anniversary and were offered a complimentary upgrade as well as some chocolates and a card. The staff were so nice and thoughtful. We loved the peacefulness of the redwoods and the garden nearby. I wished we had had more time to spend than one night, but we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in the area!"
"The first room we went to had the power shutting off, heat going out, TV non functional for the night. I raised it to the front desk and they said it was fixed, but the problems continued. They offered a refund (after I insisted a ton) and upgrade for the next day. However, we had to be very insistent. That room should never have been rented out in that condition to anybody. I suspect there were issues and they just assumed people would not complain. I had to shower in the dark, the heat stopped working at 9 PM, and the TV / lights were flickering on by themselves in the middle of the night and morning. It was like the poltergeist movie. I had to call the staff at something like 10 PM to complain that this wasn't acceptable and it kind of killed the romantic bday vibes."
"Cute little cottage overlooking the ocean. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we were greeted by the friendly and hospitable front desk agent. Our room was comfortable. A sliding glass door opened to a small patio with chairs and ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was large with a huge, deep tub. There were eating utensils, had we wanted to enjoy a snack on the patio. There was also a spa area - also with ocean view. There was a Cafe across the highway which, until we ate most of them, had chocolate chip cookies which would have made Cookie Monster proud. They also offered good sandwiches and a simple breakfast."
