"A hidden gem. Not fancy, not new, not glitzy, but perfect for a few nights, Alfredo and Anna as well as the entire front desk staff are exceptional and accomadating. Their customer service was top notch. I was in a handicapped room and would of appreciated a mat in the shower as it was a bit slick and I must be cautious of falls. I also felt the bed pillows could be upgraded :-) but all in all, two thumbs up!!!"
"Very comfortable stay, especially after a long day at universal studios. Great customer service. The room was clean and modern. There is a shuttle that takes you to the park and city walk, but you can also easily walk there in 10 minutes. The metro subway is also a quick 5 to 10 minute walk as well. "
"My friend and I only stayed for one night but Simon at the front desk was amazing and helpful and Luis was our driver on the shuttle bus. He was so friendly! Gave us great advice on what get at Porto's for breakfast the next morning and made sure we knew where to be when he picked us up that night!! Will definitely stay there again!!! Thanx guys!!
