The building looking unkept and condemned. The staff was not helpful at all. Said there were new owners and they couldn’t keep up With which rooms were ready."

"Hotels.com sold a room in a hotel room in a hotel that was closed. Drove 2 hours to get there to find this out. Then drove another 2 hours to another hotel. Incredibly frustrating that the hotel owners and management do not notify hotels .com of these closures. 0/10 stars for Motel 6 or Super 8 in Albert Lea (the current is motel 6 which is closed for construction. However maps show that location as a super 8.) it was a terrible experience at 9:30pm that has scared me away from hotels.com all together. "
