"First and foremost, NEVER EVER before in my entire life staying at a hotel did I have to use the second blanket to keep warm! Your heater was not adequate and could not keep the room warm--I had to put on a sweater to keep warm! I told Ms. Patel at the front desk, who came in and told to me keep the wall heater below 85 and the fan on automatic then abruptly LEFT when she got a beep on her phone. She said she had to do a check in. Yes, but she fricken left me without ever resolving my issue--freezing in the middle of WINTER! She did not resove my issue nor did she say 'I'll come back to check up on you later to make sure you have heat', something a sane, logical, and responsible host would have said before leaving, even if to atted to another task. Second, the phone did not work so I could not call the front desk. Morever, the phone belonged to "AmericInn" , no wonder it did not work! What the heck are doing buying a phone from another company, not removing the logo,and then putting a DEFECTIVE phone in a room? Are you complete idiots! Finally, the TV Remote was missing the cover for the battery. I have never seen such defects and substandard hotel service in my entire life! Because you left me freezing and did not give a damn about my health and safety, I AM DEMANDING A NIGHT'S REFUND! I AM NEVER EVER STAYING AT YOUR HOTEL AGAIN! PROCESS MY REFUND IMMEDIATELY! "
