"This property is well kept, staff is very helpful, the breakfast was just right, and the location perfect for our needs. The only downside was one of the elevators didn’t work for the four days we were there and the other one was kind of slow. A lesson in patience. 😊"
"Accidentally, I left a very expensive medication in the refrigerator in room 309. I called several times during the day and was told that someone would call me back and I never heard from anyone. I am very disappointed at the staff. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. I am very disappointed at the staff. I would have been willing to pay to have the medication shipped to me overnight and paid the extra expense. Had somebody had the decency to call me. It was my mistake for leaving it, but I at least should have received a return call."
"This hotel was amazing! Now I regret not booking it nearly 3 years ago when we were visiting Lincoln for a week in preparation for a possible move to the city. Everyone was friendly, the breakfast was great, the location is perfect, and it really is a pretty nice and safe area, as we don't live too far from it now! My husband and I just wanted a little romantic getaway, and this is the perfect place we plan to visit in the future. The amenities the place offers are also outstanding!"

"I always stay at this hotel. They are always good to me. I have an emotional support animal that they never charge me for. It’s nice to stay there and visit because I get to see my grandkids who are in Lincoln and they have a pool that is fabulous and my grandkids love however it was pretty warm in there this weekend. I’m not sure what was going on with the air-conditioning and I didn’t like that, I couldn’t turn my thermostat down or put it on high and make it cooler so it was a little bit of a rough night for sleep due to being hot. Other than that I will always continue to return to this hotel. Literally my favorite hotel in Lincoln. I forget to mention they also have a good breakfast."
"The room was clean and comfortable. Outside the room, however, the place seems to be falling apart -- chipped paint, soiled floors, cracked and worn concrete. It made me wonder if Hilton is planning to either shut the place down or completely redo it.
My guess is that they do pretty well on football weekends, but not the rest of time -- too many newer competitors within a block.
Also, $4 for lobby coffee. Really?"
