But that's not unusual. Breakfast was good. Lots of food and a decent coffee maker. Location good not far from restaurants and the lake for a stroll. "

"First the pro - the idea of this resort, individual villas, is good. Now the cons: - The staff had no idea that I was arriving. After 20 minutes of inaction and repeated study of my booking receipt (on my iPhone), they said they would take 15 minutes to make up my room (confirmed by Max on the phone as the more expensive Deluxe Villa). 30 minutes later, they tried to put me in a Superior Villa. "The photos of this room on Expedia are quite different — they seem to be mixed with other room types from the same property. In reality, the place looks about 75% like the pictures. The water heater didn’t work during my stay, but the service was good and communication was easy."
