"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and came with excellent amenities, including a nice bathtub and a Japanese bidet toilet. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent every day. A special thanks to Ms. Xiao Qing at the reception. She was very welcoming and went out of her way to help us plan day trips to the best spots in Lijiang. Her local tips made our visit much more enjoyable. "This hotel in my mind is average. Cleaness is average but definetly not as in the photos (the photos were possibly took when the rooms are new renovation). Fresh air? Don't expect fresh air, as many hotel guests or people nearby are smoking. Since this hotel is not entirely smoke-free, you'll have to settle for air tinged with the smell of cigarettes.
