"We had a wonderful stay at Yew Tree House. The suite was a mini home from home, the decor was lovely and the furnishings stylish and extremely comfortable, especially the king-size bed, all in all everything you need. We received a really warm welcome from our host Pauline, who had a wealth of knowledge about Woodstock and the surrounding area, and nothing was too much for her, thank you. We will return with our friends."

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. Great place and would 100% return. "

"Very nice flat that is clean and spacious. Only issue is counter next to sink traps water in a pool that soaks everything on it. Room could also use a coffee maker. You also get to use the gym/pool next door and get a discount at the cafe there!"

"Clean and comfortable, but would benefit from refurbishment! If flat is on the front of the building, there’s a lot of noise and light from the street, at all hours! There are no blackout blinds, so bring an eye mask! Double glazing reduces the noise, but you’ll need ear plugs if sleeping with windows open. The hot water cylinder only heats up at night, so it’s not unusual to have no hot water in the evenings!"

There is a lot of reliance on digital solutions for the customer experience but it really isn’t great and trying to get hold of a human is hard. Common sense seems to have departed this world now. Our room was really nice but the balcony was so tired and needed a deep clean. Really old cobwebs everywhere just making it look tired and unloved. Spa was nice but again trying to work out how to just go for a swim took us physically going...
