"Honestly had no real issues. Check-in was easy. The first one we were checked in smelled like feces and there was a dog barking across from us so we requested immediately to change rooms front desk person allowed us to change rooms. They gave us a smaller room we stayed in room 405. It was clean no issues with the room. One bed was very uncomfortable. It was sunken. I was a little itchy all night, but that may have been my eczema. Other than that. No real issues. Breakfast was nice and stay was convenient and room was clean."

"Upon arrival we were greeted by a three deep line waiting to check in. All of us waited 15 minutes before a staff member finally showed up. Room appeared clean but the bathroom had black pubic hairs around the base of the toilet and the edges of the floor. Upon showering this morning the tub backed up and I ended up standing in 4 inch deep water. Absolutely disgusting. When I checked out I told the staff of the hairs in the bathroom and the bathtub issue. But since I booked with Expedia he couldn’t issue me a credit towards my stay. I’ll be calling the manager."

The room must not have been used for a while (4th floor Rm 405) when we turned on the water in the sink, it gurgled and came out black... It turned to clear water after a couple of seconds... Not a good way to start, but the room was nice, bed was comfortable."
