"Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Imperial hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Bed was very comfy and plenty of hot water. Would certainly recommend this Hotel. "
"Had a great Monday to Saturday stay. The two pools are so welcome on the hot summer days. ( the banister leading down into the indoor pool needs some attention) . Shame the outdoor pool bar is only open on a Saturday,was a little disappointed that the steam room was out of order. But many thanks to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable."
"Its okay to get the head down for the night room was clean. The hotel needs a full deep clean and paint and new furniture as it was falling apart. The food was good but no menus or any choices of meal meal. This could be a good hotel if its well maintained to high standards.
