We arrived to check in at the hotel. Only then were we told there was NO hot water in the whole hotel.

Eliminating the coffeemakers from the rooms was a mistake, in my opinion.

The rooms were very clean and stocked well. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. All of the staff were friendly. We ate breakfast off of the restaurant menu and it was delicious.
