"Excellent location for walking to Durdle Door and beyond. Close to local pubs and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Clean and tidy bedrooms. Discounted parking across the road.
Visited in late September so wasn’t too busy."
"Lovely staff. Great character to the building. Quite dated but kept clean. Great view of the sea.
Would return again as we thought it was good value and great location."
"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I slept well. There was no shaver socket in the bathroom, no body lotion and no facial tissues. The radiator heating was not on, but for a single night it was tolerable. Had I been staying longer I would have requested a fan heater for this North-facing room."
"I stayed here for 1 night with my husband on my birthday. The staff were excellent, expecially Neil the lifeguard in the pool. Disappointing that the sauna was out of order and the gym very small but Neil arranged for us to go to the Haven the next morning to use their pool, gym, steam room and sauna. We had a lovely room with a super king bed and great sea view. The breakfast was good and the dinner excellent."
"Great hotel , modern , great working spa facilities. If there was any comment maybe on weekends breakfast could be extended until 10.30 ? Just in spa for an hour , time you are out and changed it left no time for breakfast"
