"As a family we had a good stay overall, very clean, well maintained furniture, big beds, beautiful bathroom with incorporated shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand gel and body lotion.
The room had included a hairdryer, iron, safe box for valuables, kettle and various coffee/tea selections; however for a family room there was NO FRIDGE which I found unusual especially when travelling with a toddler, it should be a necessity in a hotel room.
There wasn't anywhere to dry our towels/bathing suits, and for a hotel near the beach it doesn't make sense, also we couldn't open any windows- felt a bit claustrophobic.
The AC was very useful during the heatwave.
Not a lot of storage space.
Lovely breakfast served everyday, plenty of food options, the waffle maker was definitely a nice touch.
For a short stay it was alright, but I wouldn't book here again.
Luckily it was at a good price.
Thank you for our stay xx"
"Overall nice stay and great staff. But looks wise Property is bit dated and get back to you in 90s. Rooms were clean but pillows were as solid as rocks. Bathroom was bit congested. My daughter enjoyed the swimming pool .they alloted parking next to your window. I was there for one night."
"Rooms was spot on cleaning.
Bar staff and restaurant helpful and guide as needed it .
Spa staff was great welcome and explained proper all the facilities as been used .
Breakfast welcome staff ready to accommodate you . As food buffet the scrambled eggs was overcooked and big suggestion for the future chef need to use probe and not his hand to see if the food is hot big FOUL AS GUEST SEEING THAT .
Small improvements can make the hotel nice destination.
Receptionists was really great but will require type of bell sometimes took long to show up . Not a complaint, I understand maybe they have another responsibilities."
"We was told on the site we booked on we would get parking paid or part paid, they told us where to park and gave us a ticket which you couldn't use , so didn't get what they said we would with he parking.
Staff were helpful.
We had a beach view as we were on the last floor to the roof. Which we didn't ask for we asked for ground floor from r my husband who struggled with stairs , there was a lift but that's not the point as we asked for a room first floor asap when I booked the hotel.
The room was very old clean but they obviously don't know how to hoover as the carpet was dirty.
We asked by email and rang to explain when we were arriving they said we would be made priority to get in the room as it was 4.00pm check in time very late compared to others.
We got there just before 3.00pm and not ready we were still in by 4.00 pm not happy as we were told by phone and email we wouldn't have to wait."
"Very quick and easy check in.
Staff very friendly.
Large and clean room
Air con not working and room extremely hot and uncomfortable. Reported this as error code on unit and was provided with a pub in fan, unfortunately not helpful, therefore uncomfortable night"
"Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Pool was much needed in the heatwave. Feel this is a bit of a victim of its own success. It draws a certain clientele and doesn’t feel exclusive and for the price it should do. Pool needed cleaning. Otherwise head and shoulders above all the other Bournemouth hotels. View was of the travelodge carpark"
