Search Bed and Breakfast in Warm Springs

"I was visiting the area for an event at Cass so I selected the Marlinton Motor Lodge for a 3 night stay as I was familiar with the facility due to a previous stay a year prior for a similar event at Cass. Check-in was quick and efficient. The motel has a combination of buildings depending on room type. It has a few single floor buildings with exterior accessed rooms along with a separate two story building with exterior accessed rooms as well . On the two story building, exterior staircases provide access to the second floor rooms. There are no elevators. All rooms are accessed from the exterior meaning there are no interior hallways. Room keys are traditional metal keys....No key card style locks. My room looked to be recently remodeled as it had fresh wood style floors, new bathroom sink and vanity, fresh paint. Room has cable TV, mini-fridge but no microwave. Sign in office states no cooking permitted in rooms thus no microwave. A/C kept room cool. Wireless Internet worked well which is important because the general area has no cell service due to a radio telescope nearby. Downtown Marlinton is a few miles away with some restaurants, convenience stores, banks and grocery plus cell service is available in downtown. Also, a small convenience store with 87 octane gas pumps is located next door to the hotel. All in all, my stay was pleasant. The room rates were a good value and I will use this hotel for future stays in the area."
