"- Smelly of smoke, mole, dirty textiles etc
- Mediocre service
- Uncomfortable and old beds
- Noisy, you can not move a centimeter without creating quirky noises
- We got a room without toilet even it was booked

"Wir hatten ein sehr grosses Zimmer, ein WC mit spannenden Funktionen und fanden den Pool und den Fitnessraum super und letzterer top ausgestattet. Vielleicht wäre ein zweites Laufband toll. Die Saunen waren etwas klein und die Regendusche warm, so das man eine kalte Dusche im Poolbereich nehmen musste. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr freundlich. Leider waren die Matratzen sehr hart und der Saloon (Billard, Kicker wtc.), war geschlossen. Trotzdem fanden wir es sehr schön und kommen...
