"Teenagers running up and down the hall screaming until after midnight (shame on their parents or chaperones- these were sports teams teenagers). Room with a "shower/tub combo" per the room specs was only a shower (I specifically booked this hotel so I could take a bath with Epsom salt for my throbbing foot), and breakfast meat at the hotel was greasy chicken tenders- not bacon, sausage, or ham. Egg rounds were also room temperature at best. So I paid about $175 for the night to not be able to sleep until around 1AM, not have a bath and soak my foot, and have disgusting breakfast options. Absolute worst stay ever for this chain, which has always been my go to for personal and business travel (10+ room nights a year). Am going to have to find a new place to start staying."

The lady that worked in the breakfast area was top notch. She was personable, attentive, and worked very hard to make sure all guests were cared for and felt at home."
