"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE TO DUST Room appeared clean enough on the surface, comfy ish bed how ever, room was full of dust to the point that I'm now on antibiotics for sinusitis and steroids for an asthma flare up. Staff (the 1 we saw) was friendly and helpful, made sure we had clean towels. The pool is not heated to 28 as advised, and has a 'lovely' layer of green on the ground. While the rooms are non smoking there are tables set up outside the rooms so good luck if your neighbor smokes. Quiet location, convenient to everything with clean bathrooms just needs a total overhaul and update of the bedrooms."

"The room was quite dusty. There was rust on the lamps. The heating took A LONG time to turn on (around 30 mins) and I had to call reception who instructed me to set the temperature to max 30 degrees for it to work. But, the very worst thing is that there was NO hot water in the shower. I called the reception three times and left voicemail but nobody bothered returning my calls. Having hot water to shower should be the absolute basic necessity of accommodation. I will never ever stay there again."
