"The carpeting in the room definitely needed to be cleaned or replaced. I think that gave the room and the building a little bit of a musky smell but overall it was a good. Breakfast was good and we had a variety of food each day. The coffee was available 24 seven but was very weak and I would suggest having the vendor put a little bit more coffee in the mix. There was no problem parking but identifying the access road was a little bit difficult often we missed our turn and had to turn around. The side door access often didn’t work very well and was broken loose from the building."
"Front desk staff is friendly and efficient; the room was good-sized and very clean, with nice decor. The beds though...that bed was a slice of heaven after a long day of travelling! Breakfast had a nice assortment of both hot and cold dishes. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone"
"Property could use a good overhaul. I initially went to the wrong room and the door frame was busted so the door wasn't even actually close shut. I pushed it open, the TV was on, and personal items on the furniture where the TV was sitting. Immediately I left because I knew someone was in that room (not at that moment, thankfully). The showers are awful, takes a while to get the water to come on and then sometimes hard to shut off. It could be cleaner. When you walk around on the floor in socks and they're filthy after it's a problem. Either they are not mopping every time or they are using a dirty mop. And maybe they realize it doesn't matter because it's the only hotel in town. But they need to take pride in the fact it is and make it nice for the paying customers."
"This is a $60 /night hotel that they are charging $115 /night. For starters, whoever is the maintenance person, thy need to be fired. the bathtub had a hole in the floor and all they did was put white duct tape over it useless!!!. Then thy must have remodeled the room but instead of using the same size sink, light fixtures, nightstand and toilet, they used smaller sizer but left the bolts and nails and wholes that the old fixtures caused exposed. On top of that the sheets and mattress covers were stained and nasty with cigarette burns in them. Baseboards were dirty as if no one ever cleaned them.
The only reason I stayed is because there is no hotels in Warrenton GA."
