Amazing hotel food in the restaurant was beautiful and lovely experience and nice to see the hotel in such great shape. The spa facilities were great and easy to access and very clean. I would like to especially mention the bar and restaurant staff who worked in the evening who were so so plesent and welcoming making everyone in the resturant enjoy there time. Once again such a great experience.

Had a great stay at the daresbury, we used the pool, steam room and jacuzzi facilities, very enjoyable! Stay in the room was comfortable, only thing I’d suggest is giving more than 1 pillow per person. Also room service number has changed to what was on the menu so we had to ring reception. However, every staff member we saw or spoke to couldn’t be more helpful! We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back hopefully next month!!

The hotel was nice and staff great it just was just OK. Room was stiflingly hot no air flow possible. Macerator in bathroom was super loud but not really too much of an issue. Breakfast pretty good, bed comfy enough. Spa was small but functional so ok. Partner checked online while in the hospital and price was £40 cheaper than I paid. However at the time of payment seemed a reasonable price and I feel all in all it was ok. Can't fault staff in restaurant/hotel though very friendly.

Upon arrival I was given a free upgrade. My room modern, spacious and spotless. Lovely comfortable large bed. The spa nice and clean too. Pool temp good and loved the jacuzzi. Although I hadn't pre booked, the restaurant fit me in and I had a lovely meal. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The only problem we had with the hotel was the hot stuffy room/ We realise that the budget price provided a budget room without AIR CON. However we have stayed in very good 3 star hotels without this and they provide a portable fan. Would stay here again because the pool facility is wonderful. The food was good too. Just put a fan in the room without Air Con PLEASE

The hotel was lovely and I was happy with my stay. I really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and thought it was very well-maintained. However, I woke up covered in bed bug bites. I was very surprised as the room seemed very clean but over the course of the next couple of days 40 or so bites appeared. I reported this to the hotel and was told they would check the room and follow-up. I emailed the hotel but got no reply. I am obviously worried that I will bring this issue back home. I would have been very happy to return as the rest of the stay was great and the staff were lovely. This did obviously spoil my relaxing stay.

Hotel is lovely, very clean and fresh looking, looks like new. Even the cheapest rooms big and very nice. Quiet, can’t hear traffic or people banging doors in corridor. Only issue is you can’t get lunch in bar/restaurant not open til 3pm, the lovely coffee shop in atrium is open and has sandwiches etc but I’m gluten free so wasn’t much choice. Would def recommend
