The thermal pool and bathhouse was very good. Staff were friendly and room was clean and comfortable

The room had foul odour inside -had to go and buy glen 20 it was aweful -caused me to gag smelled like rotton socks/shoes

Rusty bin in toilet needs to be replaced, non-functional corridor light, shower needs to be checked due to no enough cold water for adjustment , also no microwave in the room causing inconvenience

The bedroom was light and comfortable, the bathroom was spotless with good towels. However the downstairs sitting area was very tight for space with the tv mounted on the stair banister rail.
