Communication was the worst. Trying to contact them was impossible other than by email and then if they responded it was days later. Got convoluted instructions on where to get keys and never found them. Tried to contact Expedia to help and the servers were down again. Ended up NOT staying there and had to pay out of pocket for another apartment. Will be demanding a refund for the full amount from Expedia.

The property was very and clean. We arrived early and had to contact the leasing office. They are somewhat slow to respond by text; I recommend calling with questions.
