We live in a time where, we constantly train young members of team and momentum is not in industry’s favor. I guess you are very well aware of it. When comes to the topic, where there was no info in system trace of your preferences through Hotel.com engine, we have contacted relevant technical support teams, in order they can helps us understand lack of it. I can assure you, that no single team member would mistreat at any time any guest. And we are pretty much of casual luxury hotel, where casual outfit is perfectly fine with us and we do not have anything against. I am sure, that would not be case in most of the classy luxury hotels, where service would even call attention of the guest. As a matter of fact, we have extremely international and differentiated clientele. If for any reason team member, do not see surname of the guest on the breakfast list, it is their duty to ask and make sure breakfast is assigned accordingly. Yes, sometimes it looks hustle, however we can not just let anybody sit without making sure. Simply as it is. I truly understand, you have felt uncomfortable and that is something we will work on it, however I guarantee you, that no single team member had any thought of making it in purpose. Team have got together to discuss your feedback, as I did not even need to call their attention. They have felt hurt, however, we are all professionals and we will come stronger as we learn along with every single day, with every single situation and with every single guest.
