Disappointing service
Had a disappointing experience although the manager tried to make up for some of the issues at the end. We booked for a weekend trip and then right before departure, our travel became subject to quarantine and the hotel was unresponsive about a refund in such circumstances. Not wanting to lose the money, we ended up going despite the issues it would pose for us returning home, and upon arrival found out the hotel bar was closed (which we'd had no warning about on the hotel website or otherwise when booking). The safe in the room was not working due to low batteries, the bathroom sink didn't drain very well and there was often no responsive from room service or front desk when we called. Two cups of room service coffee were far more expensive than a pot of brewed coffee at a 5 star hotwel. After we spoke to the manager he did make an effort to make up for some of the issues but it was still unfortunately a disappointing experience overall.
