I´m a little bit disapointed since the room standard was below other IBIS hotels I´ve stayed at in other countries. Given that the price also was higher than in other hotels in Warsaw.

Room service was very inconsistent — some days the room was cleaned and towels replaced, other days nothing was done even after leaving the towels on the ground. The staff even tried to kick me out of my room despite me rebooking another night in advance and informing them beforehand. My key card stopped working almost every day, and I had to keep going to reception to fix it. The reception in my building was useless — the staff were unfriendly, grumpy, and always sent us to another building for help instead of assisting us themselves. Overall, terrible service and very disappointing experience.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich optimal – man bekommt hier viel für sein Geld. Besonders das Frühstück hat mich begeistert: eine hervorragende, sehr große Auswahl an allem, was man sich wünschen kann, und alles war frisch und lecker. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, und es gab reichlich Handtücher, was ich als sehr angenehm empfand. Außerdem ist das Hotel fußläufig vom ZOB erreichbar, was die Anreise besonders unkompliziert macht. Insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen!

Funcional y correcto.

Es un hotel funcional ideal para viajes. Repetiré seguro pero no le he dado 5 estrellas porque en comparación con otros hoteles Ibis Budget a los que he ido, las camas no eran tan cómodas. El colchón era muy delgado y por tanto la cama se notaba dura. Y en relación no tenían suficientes almohadas adicionales.

Access by Foot

Access from the Warsow west station by foot was not very good. I had to walk through an unlit tunnel under a main road & walk 5 more minutes to the hotel. The reception was in the first building & my room was the second building behind the first. Not very convenient.

Oikein siisti hotelli, ystävälinen palvelu. Huone pieni, mutta viihtyisiä. Ainut ihmetuksen aihe oli se, että lasiovinen suihkukoppi oli sängyn vieressä, ei siis ollut mitään erillistä kylpyhuonetta. Mutta eipä tuo parin yön matkalla haitannut. WC oli siisti. Tosi hiljainen hotelli.
