Great hotel for quiet stay. For walkers is an excellent starting point to anywhere in Warsaw - as long as you are not afraid of 30+ steps per day.
Rooms are quiet and very comfortable.
The room was clean and comfortable. AC worked in the room. Front desk was helpful.
The room was an odd layout with a separate water closet that required you step into another room time wash your hands. Outages were common the breakfast buffet. Oatmeal was tin or nonexistent. Coffee maker ran out of milk. There were multiple tour groups staying there and the at times the staff appeared overwhelmed.
We were offered the opportunity to receive free drinks in the bar if we did not have our room cleaned on a daily basis. We took advantage of that and were able to use the free drink coupon for coffee in the morning in the restaurant, which was much better than what we could have had in our room, even though coffee makers were provided. We appreciated the flexibility of the staff to allow us to do that. We had two separate reservations, one with a twin room that included breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic- a wonderful feature of the hotel. Then, we moved to a much larger room with a single king size bed that did not include breakfast. It’s hard to say which one I would recommend. The breakfast was fantastic, but the extra room and upgraded amenities in the second room were also wonderful.
Location is good, near city centre and to all transportation, hotel room on small size but still comfy, barfridge to keep little things cold was very much a bonus.
