"The entire hotel staff are very gracious, professional, and accommodating...made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel offers free parking on the premises. Check-in went smoothly and we were offered a nice beverage upon arrival. The room is spacious and very clean with many of the necessary amenities. "This is a “Mountain House”, and is on the rustic side. It’s extremely charming. Marco and Ivan will shuttle you. The cows with their bells will lull you to sleep. Good choice of beer , bread and snacks. I was here to go to the Diamond Way Europe Center. The folks are very nice and make sure you have what you need. Bring a fine cigar for Marco."
