"The front desk were so nice they even walked me to my room when I arrived super late at night with no reservation. Other hotel staff also amazing. But the pool was complicated to get into and the spa receptionist was not very welcoming or friendly like what you would expect in 5 star resorts which this was not so I skipped it - not worth the effort, really. But the highlight was the location on the water and the bed, linen and pillows were probably the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel - total surprise. I rested so well. The kitchen was also nice to have even though I didn't use it just for a night stay setting. Would stay there again. The price was shockingly affordable."

"Le lit était vraiment très confortable et le déjeuner très bien aussi. Ce qui m'a déplus par contre, c'est que l'air climatisée dans la chambre, à notre arrivée, était à 60 degrés. (Beaucoup trop froid et long avant d'avoir une température adéquate. j'aimerais que ce soit une critique constructive car nous avons bien aimé notre séjour."
